I like Korn (I don't know if that is technically heavy metal), powerman5000, Nine Inch Nails, KMFDM, Metallica, some Megadeth, Marilyn Manson (again, I don't know if that is technically heavy metal), some Kreator, Kittie, Jack Off Jill, which is more riot grrl than heavy metal, Rob Zombie, some Shinedown, and some System of a Down.

Haven't listened to them, I listen to Pantera, Mudvayne, Slipknot, Machine Head, Superjoint Ritual, Coal Chamber, Devildriver, Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, System of a Down, Rage Against the Machine, and quite a few others. I will have to check out these two bands you refer to though.

As far as i'm concerned , the term "metal" entails a bunch of different factors these days, much of which doesn't appeal to me. It's not like it used to be, when metal was one thing only - now you have all these watered down sub-genres of metal and a lot of it is pretty "un metal" , and i'm sure i'm not alone on this..
