which one has better shows? MTV or VH1? and what is your favorite show on that network?

My favorite is VH1, but I guess it's kind of for older people. MTV is just so stupid. I can't watch that channel, I feel like I'm losing brain cells when I do. On VH1 my favorite show is...I don't know I don't really watch VH1 that much either. Oh yea I like Best Week Ever and I love the 70's, I love the 80's and I love the 90's (all volumes).

Well, I'm more of an MTV maven, and my favorite shows are Next, Parent Control, Room Raiders, and Date my Mom. Mainly dating shows. I love comedy central too, but some of their shows are a little bleahhh...
