It means that she cares about you, but she doesn't really care if you both hang out or not. You should just find a girl that will want to call you just as much as you call them.

It's call the woman's game. A lady will never call a guy, even if she wants to. When we were dating, my wife called me maybe a total of ten times, while I called her about a thousand times during our six years of dating. It's just the dynamics of man/woman.
As long as things hit off and you're talking and doing great when together, then that's all that matters. Life's too short, and so is your dating time, to be worried about games.

she's nervous and can't call you, or she doesn't like you. But you do know one thing, she doesn't really not like you if she always hanging out with you.

Uh, toughy, I think it means that she thinks you are interested in her so that means that you should do all the work... nah, just kidding! well, I guess maybe she likes you and is afraid that if she calls you first you will get that impression and she doesn't want that.

Either she's not interested, or she hates the phone. And yes, hatred of the phose is possible, trust me, I hate it! But, most likely, she sees you as a friend, not anything else and isn't too interested.

umm...thats kinda the guys job anyway. dont complain about it man, if she enjoys herslef and likes being around u, then u do the calling...but if theres more to it, she prob just thinks ur a friend...you didnt mention anything about bf/gf in ur description. maybe she gets that impression too (??) i dunno not enough detail.
