What is the best instrument cable for my stratacaster?

I plug my guitar into a fender fm212 stereo amp, but it has a little tube in it as well.

Any SHIELDED cable will work. Brass fittings tend to take more abuse, put the plastic ones will last if you are careful & don't step on them!
