They are recognised World Wide as Canadian Geese.
There is a World Standards for naming birds, and all the World will refer to the standard names, as recognised by the Scientific Community.

They are still called Canadian Geese outside of Canada, just as the American Robin is still called the "American Robin" outside of America.

They'll be called regular Geese, or whatever the country it is in geese.
However, they will technically still be "Canadian Geese" if they were born in Canada.
Conversely, a goose born in the US will still be technically be an US goose, but other people will still call it a Canadian Goose if it is in Canada.
However, most people do not call a goose that...
"Hey you, the Canadian Goose..."
Maybe a pet goose might be called Bob, Hm...
Most people just refer to any goose they see as regular "goose/geese," unless that goose happens to be Bob...

Well, in Northwest Ohio they are still called Canada geese, but the scientific name is Branta canadensis.
