Since I was a little girl I have "known" things other people don't know. I have no control over my gift. You can not ask me a question about your future and I know the answer. The information is random, and my gift is getting more powerful over the years. I know details about people and what is going to happen to them. I know world events that are going to happen.
I would not believe it if there were a time I was wrong about a future event. But the information I feel has always been accurate. After my dad died, I couldn't take it anymore and I want it to stop. I see too many things. I have stopped watching the news because I have already seen what will happen. It's like watching it twice.
Please only serious answers. I really need someone who has gone through this to tell me how to control it.

It is possible that you have a "gift", but it is equally possible that your brain processes information in such a way that you have grandiose thoughts about your ability to predict the future. What you are describing may be a symptom of Bi-Polar disorder otherwise known as manic-depression. I know this is probably not what you wanted to hear, but I felt I should at least bring this up as a possibilty. I am NOT saying you are crazy or that you are lying, and I actually do hold open the possibilty that you may have psychic powers. However, I do think you should talk with your doctor or maybe a psychiatrist,to at least rule out the possibilty that you may have an imbalance in your brain chemistry. The doctor may have a treatment available that will ease the suffering that this "gift" imposes on you. At the very least, maybe you can arrange to talk with a counsellor who can give you some suggestions on how to cope with this gift.

I would use your "gift" and channel it towards the greater good. Instead of projecting your visions as a negative approach, try using them to protect or help the person it effects. As for your visions for world events are concerned, things beyond our control will always take place all over the world, the best you can do is just embrace it as the world we all live in. If there is something you feel you must do, participate in charities and volunteer in your community. That way you feel you are doing YOUR part in making this world a better place to live. Whatever else happens is out of your hands, and should be embraced as so. I hope this was helpful, and good luck with all you future visions.

I'm so sorry. I noticed it when I was little. My daughter has it,
and a few others I know of in my family now. It drove me nuts,
but it was like the downside of the gift. I could percieve what the littlest ones were wanting, needing, trying to express and that
is an amazing payoff for having the creepy part. All I could do is
wonder why do I know, what am I suppose to do with this info?
One day after manyyyyy years of asking, God just popped the answer right in front of me. Pray for them. If he wanted us to tell it like a prophet, he'd let us know. It is just a side piece to the actual gift. Perk up, sweetie! It is not the end of the world. Not yet.

So um, I sort of understand how you feel. I don't actually know what will happen, just that something will. Like when 9/11 happend both my brother and I got really sick and couldn't go to school. Same as when a shooting happend in our area. I'm not sure how well I'm stating this. But when something bad is going to happen I get very anxious and sick. And I've cried over this.
This is really just the basics of my personal experience, there is more I'm just not sure how to explain it.
I'm not sure how you could control it. But maybe you could either work towards fixing/stopping what can and consintrate on trying to see what you want to. My best advice is to pray and think on the up side of all this. You could help people or yourself. I'm not really sure what to say, but hang in there.

I think we all wish we knew about your abilityies before the 911 attack happened . i wished that someone like you, if your for real about this ability that maybe the 911 attack could have been avoided, or was it a pre-determined destiny that no one could have stopped.
As far as wanting to control it, it will take practice, but don't think of it as a curse or something, this is a very special gift you have.
If i were you this is what i'd do with a gift like that.
I woulld use it to help other people.for instance i would go to your local police department, and ask them if you could help sovle their unsoved crimes. you would then be using your ability to sovle a mystery that one else can.
Just one more thing, don't waste your time trying to get rich off this gift by trying to hit the lottery, gifts like yours won't work for self-gain, meaning money.

My grandmother had this "feeling" when something wasn't right with one of her family members or neighbors. It wasn't as pronounced as your gift, but it was enough to keep her up many nights praying and searching for the answers for those for whom she had the "burden" to carry.
I've not known anyone else with such a gift, though if you are genuine in stating that you have it, I suggest that you do two things:
1. Pray for guidance in handling and dealing with the situation. I believe that some do receive such a gift if they are meant to have it.
2. Seek the help of a psychologist (seek someone who is open to others with such gifts and not someone who is going to try to "cure" you) to learn to deal with the gift.

Death happens, no matter what you're dad would have died in the futur, everyone dies. It's hard, I wouldn't really understand, but time can help you cope with it.
As for the foresight, I don't know anyone who can do that, I don't know if I believe you or not. I can offer no help, exept encouragement. = ) You can get through this, I know it, don't defy the laws, you'll only get punished!

NO Don't stop it..... it is a gift that has been given to u for some purpose.
Simply you have to train yourself not to be attached emotionally with the "person" you are talking.
Be always an "observer". don't try to "help"...unless you are intensivelly asked to.

I'm sorry i don't have your problem, but maybe some anti-psychotic drugs would help block the ability. Or maybe if you tried to not watch TV or news anyways that it might give you some relief.

my husband knew 9/11 was going to happen - not specifically but he knew that something was going to happen...
dont know what to tell you - use it for good I suppose
