What do you think it means...Also he didn't read the rule book, 30 seconds is to little time, hence your confusion

This can mean several things, one is that if it took 30 seconds to look into a woman's eyes, then look down and smile, he playing a game on her. he has already told himself what he will do if the woman walk or turn away. its a game of control. Non-verbal stares are only fun to the one who want to be in control. if you go along with this with out understanding why this is going on, you are left only to think that he care for you when that smile is not for you, it was a inside laughter in the form of a smile. ask him to look you in the eye and explain his feelings for you and watch him stammer with his words. unless he's a natural liar, and you would know this if he has lied to you in the past ---- drop him at high noon and get a life.

It means the guy lost, all the way around. The girl may well, and justifiably, think he's not worth wasting time on, and never give him another thought. In other words, he lost an opportunity. Now, the girl's interest may indeed be piqued. She may continue to flirt, and finally see to it that they get acquainted. However, his inability to maintain eye contact is a dead give away that she has the upper hand, and she knows it. He lost again. It ain't a level playing field.

He's a bit shy and he has a staring problem. Here is my advice... teach him not to drool when he stares at people... then take him home to meet ma and pa. Good luck!

ok when he look in her eyes it mean he searching for somethink, the windo to the spirt is throught a person eyes, he find what he was lookinf for so he smile.

it means he is a wuss, looking down is a sign of submission, if he looks down , you should never see that, of course unless he is staring at your breast then it's ok to look down somewhat. number 1 rule is never look down if you are a guy, it looks weak, you have a weak guy on your hands. .

He probably lost his nerve or confidence or maybe a little intimidated, embarrassed, or shy. However, he is proud of himself because he did smile, probably because he thought he couldn't do it......then again, maybe he got an erection......lol
