Ask him if he would like to go out to a movie with you, to a cafe, etc. If he says no, then don't push it. If he says yes, then don't make a big production out of it.

oh k...here is what you should do...
1.Make sure he likes you((you don't want to look like a complete idiot))
^^^^you can do this by asking a friend to ask him if he likes you^^^^
2.Flirt with him to make 100% sure...if he seems interested and flirts back with you, chances are, he likes you.=)
3. Once you get those steps out of the way, if you get that far, call him on the phone with a friend on 3-way, and be silent on the other line, get who ever you are calling with to ask him out for you and if he says yes, good for you, and if he says no, tell her to tell him that it was a dare anyways!

If you think you like him and he likes you too, just ask, like walk up to him one day and say hey i'm gonna see a movie tomorrow wanna come, i'd like to make this a little more interesting than a friend's night out, then give him a wink.

just tell how u feel u may come to see that he likes you too. You coulds always just ask him out to a movie just him and you. Flirt alittle bit, but dont tell him you like him that way, mybe even try to slip in a kiss or try to hold his hand if he goes along with it then just ask if not he's just not into you that way.

Just be like "Wanna hang out sometimes?" Or just be open and ask him. I did it. Its not that hard. I asked a guy "Would you go out with me sometime?" And he said yes. Just ask. But it didnt last very long with. lol

Maybe invite him to some sort of get together, then while you're there you could tell him your feelings for him and ask him if he's interested in a relationship.

Just like ask him in a note or "face to face" if he likes you then he will like say no or something unless you ask him seriously and in a private place!
