yes talk. Practice what you will say or write it down to read if allowed. Start in a logical route such as from the inside of the wallet ending with the outside. If you have a driver's license you can make a comment on your photo.
Tell about how much or how little money is in there. Tell what you wish was in there as well--a million dollars, a note from a famous star, etc.

If it's leather you could tell it took 4 cows being slaughtered to make 1 wallet. If it was made in China you could tell about the sweat shops that produced it, which is a life of fines & beatings. You could talk about the credit cards it holds & that the average credit card debt is $8400.00. You could hold up a condom from it & tell that anyone who stays in the clear until age 53 has yet to contract Aids. You could hold up a picture of someone who died in a car crash & say just 1% more safety belt use would save 172 lives.
