I'm looking at getting one for my kids for Christmas. I just hope they do not do a limited release like Xbox. Cause I am not into camping outside stores just to get one....they'll just have to get a belated christmas present.....

I will probably own one, but I have the xbox360, I'm not freezing my azz off again in the cold waiting, I'll wait a couple months for the demand to catch up with supply. Wouldn't buy the 500 dollar one to save my life though, thing will be worthless within 1 year, as after that it will not play blu-ray disk, so go buy the 600$ one, its worth it if your going to.

I don't think I'll get it at all. Sony is planning on marketing it against Nintendo's new system (Wi). But the price difference alone will make it lose. Nintendo's on record for saying their new system will be marketed with the new Zelda game for less than $200. Sony has "guessed" at about $350 and up with no game.

dont get it my friends bro is getting it for cristmas but i havent talked since mid june he says that wii has horrible graphics and horrible games so untrue it will probably fail and sell 7 mill dave O is wrong both versions play blu ray
