Good Question, Jen. But he's spent nearly 500 billion on Iraq. The saddest truth about Iraq is not how many are dead and not even how many are injured (physically or psychologically), but how Bush is bankrupting this country through the unbelievable amount of money he is spending over there. (Ironically, all that USA cash has been part of the problem as it has corrupted all political bodies and consequently destroyed the ability of the Iraqi govenrment to function).

The hundreds of billions of debt this war is adding to the nation's deficit will eventually come around and destroy our economy. The Soviets economy crashed after its disaster in Afghanistan. Ours can't be too far behind. People have no idea how bad our national debt is. It's just scary.

The Iraq war will cost working class tax payers $2 trillion over the next ten years. Iraq is in civil war now which will last for a long time.
All sides want the oil wealth, they will fight No matter what we do there for that wealth.
