slang is like a secret society of language.someone can use slang and talk about someone else behind their back, who isn't familiar with the slang terms and meanings,so they might not be offended.they should have an ebonics pocket handbook.then again,if more people knew about slang,it wouldn't be as fun to make fun of slang-illiterate people lol

what's up(how are you doing?) has shortened to what up or wuddup or what?! some people don't even say it anymore and just slightly move their head and nod as a slient way to say wuzzup?! sooner or later, there will be silent slang, which will be even more confusing.

I don't speak in slang nor do I write in annoying abbreviations.
There are regional dialects and pronunciations for some words but everyone who speaks English should be able to communicate easily with each other.
Anyone can invent a word. In my family we use some words we invented for various common things or events. If I thoughtlessly use them in front of someone from outside the family, I explain them. If someone likes one of my family's words, they can take it and use it, and that's how it might enter the language.

I cannot answer this question as the grammar is incorrect.

"in different neiborhoods we have different slangs people dnt understands wut it means n i wonder who event da words so we could use it"

(A): 'neiborhoods' is spelled wrong. The correct spelling would be 'neighborhoods' if you are from the United States of America or 'neighbourhoods' if you are from Canada or the United Kingdom.

(B): 'dnt' is not a word. There are no vowels or a 'y' therefore, it is not a word. Some suggestions are "don't".

(C): 'wut' is not a word. It has no meaning therefore it cannot be used in my books. Some suggestions are "what" or "whut".

(D): 'n i wonder' are not words correctly used. The letter 'n' cannot be used as a word unlike "a" and "i". The word 'i' should also be capitalized.

(E): 'who event da words' is not a phrase recognized by me. You are not able to 'event' words. Did you mean "invent"? Also, 'da' is not a word recognized by me. Did you mean "the" or "dad"?
