Probably Teddy Roosevelt because he had the guts to go after the mega corporations and force them to play fair, because he got rid of the sweatshops, because he loved nature enough to want to protect our national treasures for all Americans, because he believed in an honest profit for a decent product through companies that treated their employees well and because he had strong moral values.

To me he was a complete president.

I gather you mean spend time with (not exactly visit) and based on my assumption I'd choose George W. Bush. His rise to power has been the most unexplained phenomenon: He never really exhibited an interest in actual governing; He certainly didn't pursue a course of study that would have prepared him to govern; He's not a history, government, or world affairs buff; Has yet to master standard English creating horrible communication gaffs; He often seems surprised by events; He seems unable to differentiate between talent and mediocrity:

I'd love to know how he just forges ahead without having to confront reality. How did he turn his National Guard failures into a problem for CBS? Does he really depend on Karl Rove for all complex human behaviors? Learning all about him would give me an opportunity to be of service to mankind -- like finding a cure for a dread disease.

Truman - had to get in the mind of a guy that used the Abomb. Can you imagine escalating a war to that magnitude?

He may have saved a lot of potential lives in the process, but what an internal debate! What a decision to live with throughout eternity!

Could you kill a lot of people like that?

Did you think it was the right decision? I mean, we could be drinking sake or eating sauerkraut!

George Washington. It must have been the most exciting time as the United States of America saw its beginning. Think of all those statesmen standing as one as a new nation became a reality and realizing God had given certain rights to a society to establish a freedom unknown to man before.

It would be One of two Either George Washington or Abraham Lincoln. George Washington because it would be nice to see how our first president helped get our great nation started and Abraham Lincoln to see the struggles he dealt with keeping this nation together at it's greatest peril.

It'd be hard to narrow it to one..

JFK because of his duality

Nixon--obvious reasons

Clinton because I think he's an intelligent man and he did many wonderful things for our country. Yes, he made mistakes with the whole sex scandal, but his accomplishments should be what is remembered. He was a great President.

Reagan or Bush, Jr.

I always liked Reagan and I think Bush would be a pretty cool guy to kick back with a couple of cold ones and laugh at all the people who hate him.

Warren G. Harding because it was during the roaring twenties and he knew how to throw a pretty good party. His parties always included plenty of alcohol, gambling and pretty girls. How can you beat that!!! The economy was also strong.
