Get over your fears. Ask him out. He'll thank you for it, since hes already expressed that he likes you
Dont be afraid to take the first move especially with someone that you shouldnt have a fear of rejection over
The boy likes you go for it. He will be so consumed by his own ackwardness that he will not even see yours
