It so sad for me, every time i enter here, and have to put up with sick people who continuosly say horrible things to the community they should be banned from this site, i have never seen a gltb trying to kill people, or saying bad word's to other communities, so why put up whit this, i don't get it, why can we all learn from each other and interact peacefully. What do i do with all the feelings, and anger, Need ideas, what can we do?

Some people are just evil; don't take it personally.
I once saw an Oprah episode w/ the teens from Little Rock h.s. (the desegregation school in 1957 that involved federal troops).
This episode brought together the adults that were the teens at the school. There were several white adults who were apologizing and agonizing over the way they treated the black teens. The black adults explained the hardship, but that they tried to be model citizens throughout.
Just continue your peaceful existence; teach the new generations; eventually they will see the error of their ways (or not, but at least you are a good person).
I personally think the idiots should be ignored...

This forum is a good start. Unfortunately there are so many people out there on drugs or dealing or into crime to catch up to the neighbors that no one knows where to start or how to stop it. We have a murderer running lose near my small town right now. Killed his wife and someone else. Guess he didn't want to talk about it to find a resolution. Unfortunately the media(tv and movies) tend to reflect positively on the use of violence to resolve issues.

Physical violence is not the answer, unless a person wants to be charged with assault.
What we're experiencing is just the usual nonsense. There will always be cowards who think that their words have the power to hurt us. Their time will come.
You're right about LGTB people being peaceful, but that isn't enough for them. They are the trouble makers and they prove it every time they harras us or utter death threats.
Best to ignore them and avoid being around people like that.

Listen to Bearable he said it all. They are to afraid to say it in person so they feel so manly when they hide behind their little computers typing Bull crap. Or maybe they are in the GLBT area because they are afraid to come out. So tell them "Open up that closet door honey and come out" maybe they just need us to tell them that. Also the only way the GLBT community will stay strong is to stick together and ignore dumb people like that.

I'm never sure whether it's best to just ignore them and hope they dry up and leave, or to report the heck out of them and force Yahoo to deal with them.
Yahoo wants the forums here to be used, so I have to think that they will EVENTUALLY deal with the worst among them. As for the rest of them, they give us an opportunity to speak the truth when we answer their attacks!

They do it on here because
it is safe for them to do it !,
face to face most are too scared to do very much.
Its there problem dont make it yours,you cant make them unlearn their predjudises you just need to wait for them to die off or maybe one of there kids turn out gay,nothing changes your mind like having it at home!
what you can do
be yourself first and be happy ...and kick the sh#t out of them if they actually come near you

We have to put up with them for the same reason they have to put up with us. I've seen hate from them to us, and I've seen hate from us to them. I don't want them to be able to get rid of my existence, and they don't want me to be able to get rid of theirs. We're both stuck with each other.
As to why people can't just accept this inevitability and get along, I'm not sure.
