I just wanted you to know that you are not alone out there. Many women have set where you are and are still there too. The DA handling your case should be approached with assertive prompting along with any legal advocate organizations you are now in. I am sure you are struggling with each day and it is sad in today's society that the perpetrator has more rights than the victim. I am sure your advocates are just trying not to infringe his rights which could cause a mistrial. Please be aware that this man will be brought to justice, it just takes along time. I can only imagine the pain, suffering & shame your girls must be going thru. You have to keep your wits about you and don't do anything that would jeopadize your case. I pray that you, yourself are dealing and seeking help. You are no longer his Victims. You are Now Survivors!

That is what happens when attorneys are changed, the trials are given an alternate date. I think there is a limit though to how many times he can do that. No matter how long it takes, it is not going to make what he did any less severe. Take care of your daughters and be there for them. Their father will get what he deserves when sentencing happens.

That is sad, at this rate the Father could be way gone or even dead before trial. I just read a story about a billion air in Santa Monica Calif. who got the grand jury to drop soliciting a minor and rape charges. He got him 3 big cash Lawyers.

Thats a tough one, If that were to happen to any of my kids I dont think there would be a trial, except maybee a murder trial. He can only postpone it for so long though, he will get his. He will probably die horribly in prison.

You've got to stick it out and perhaps pressure you're lawyer not to continue to let it be continued. Maybe you need to find another lawyer. Contact local organizations that help families deal with this sort of thing and they will also have strategies. And maybe call the local news outlets and let them know what's going on. Pressure from the public wouldn't hurt.

Use this delay time to gather more evidence or solidify what evidence you do have. Also use the time to reassure her of your love and devotion for her.
Karma will get him. Even if he doesn't get the lengthy sentence he should..he will be someone's *****. These men in prison have children and they don't take very kindly to pedophiles.
I am very sorry this happened to you and your little girl. My thought are with you during this difficult time.

well..that's why its always nice to keep friends who can *take care of* people for you.......
I'm so sorry to hear what happened to your daughter, I honestly do not know how I would handle the situation, but I can honestly say if someone did that to my kids, I wouldn't think twice about asking a friend for a favor. IF you know what I mean..
Legally....can you ask the DA to do something about him firing his lawyers?

tell your lawyer to have a private chat with the judge and tell your lawyer to explain to the judge the only reason their father keeps firing his attorneys is to postpone the trial. if you need anymore help email me. tell me who won!!!! i hope you win, good luck!!

I would most likely go to jail for chopping a certain part of his body off and not telling the police where to find it. Seriously though there should be ways to force this issue depending on your state.
