The best way to get rid of acne, pimples, zits, etc. is to make sure you wash your hands as much as possible. The germs and bacteria on your hands get onto your face anytime when you are brushing your hair, touching your face, eating, or anything else. The cleaner your hands are, the cleaner your face will be. Also, remember to wash your face with a warm cloth every morning. This ensures that you have a fresh, new layer of skin and the pimples, zits and acne will go away much sooner with a cleaner, top layer of skin since you're washing away all the bacteria, germs, and dirt from the top layer of the skin. If you make sure to do this every day, your acne and pimples will definitely go away. I have been rinsing my hands more with water lately (basically within the last month) and I've noticed a dramastic change in the way my facial skin looks. I barely have any acne anymore, my skin feels cleaner, and I feel fantastic knowing that I look great! Give this a shot, and your acne problems should be gone for good. Just don't forget to wash your face and hands everyday.

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.

Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

Toothpaste doesn't always work fast enough.. but you could make a paste with baking soda and water and put it directly on a pimple. It works okay. Rubbing alcohol also works well if you dab a little on a cotton ball and rub it all over your face it could prevent pimples from forming and it drys up the ones that are already there.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

im not sure that it is very good for your skin, it is very harsh. it will work in a pinch but long term, it could hurt your skin. plus it doesn't prevent acne. find something that will prevent the pimples in the first place
