Right now, I'm using a clarifying soap bar to wash my face. It has no fragrance, no dyes, nothing like that. It's just a straight soap. Works pretty good for me right now!

Good luck...Try washing with baby wash (yeah, the stuff in that gift basket from your baby shower), and rinsing with a bit of refrigerated witch hazel. Keep your hair away from your face. Avoid eating greasy foods (the fat sticks toyour skin around your mouth). Reduce your make-up use to eye make-up and lip gloss, or wear none at all, and resist the urge to put concealer on your break-out areas. If your skin is very sensitive, like mine was, using Clearasil or other such ointments may very well make it worse.
It's caused by hormones, and it may be unattractive, but if nothing seems to ease it, there's one thing you CAN do. Wear your zits with pride! You're gonna be a mommy!

The best medication for acne while pregnant is not necessarily the safest. Keep it simple so as to not harm the fetus; use topicals only.

i have just one advice for you, to stay away from accutane! (if you don't already know about how bad it'll damage the baby).
i'd say just use clearasil or simple face wash...
