My Husband is graduating from Fireman basic. His instructor has asked me to do a Slide show of all of the pictures that I have taken. Does anyone have any suggestions on what song I should pick out. We are only doing one song since most people think a slide show that is over 4 min is entirely too long.

Try to avoid the 9-11 songs that have been put out. And whilst I'm not someone who is religious, I am saying a quiet prayer for your husband and his crew and that they may be kept safe as they go about being silent unsung heroes of the night.

I agree from the theme song from Rescue Me..although I am at a loss of the name of the song..you could always go to the website and get the info...also agree not to use 9-11 based songs, not so happy as it should be at a graduation. Congrats and welcome to the family...

How about the song "Wind beneath my wings" I dont know what the title is, but its from the titanic. Maybe something that has to do with heros? there is a song called "There's a Hero" by Billy Gilman.
