It is pig latin for nix the stupid. Meaning that the person should not be calling the other person (or in this case hyena) stupid.

He's talking in "Pig Latin" - he's saying basically for someone to stop saying that someone is "stupid" because they are probably right behind him/her. I can't remember where that line takes place in the movie.
