of cosmetic surgery. I mean in general.

I hate it when ppl do that surgery. :-( Veyr sad.

I have read some of your other answers and questions. You have quite the opinion of yourself. I think it is nice that you have everything figured out.

~~Anytime I see the need....if you are satisfied with yourself, why does it matter what others do. I am not a big fan of surgery myself. However, I do not know everyone's motives or reasons for doing it so why judge?

Sometimes surgery goes drastically wrong, and that is sad. I have seen so many plastic surgeries that have helped so much with self esteem for many birth defects and such. If it will improve your quality of life why not.

I disapprove of it when people go way over board with it like women who want to look like barbie.However, there are those people who have been in horrible accidents with scars and burns who would love to look better.
