i also feel the same way you do. when i was a kid i cried every night over those things. until now i can't help not to get scared and think about it (but i don't cry anymore). anyway, i tried to think of arousing and sexual things whenever it crossed my mind, i also can't sleep because of that. that is what i usually do. sometime i just calm myself, take a deep breath and think of work or other things. anyway it is an inevitable way of life, death.

Play some soft dancing music and swing and sway. Close your eyes, imagine you are dancing under the stars and your favorite person is holding you in his/her arms. Keep dancing until your legs feel heavy. Have a very low light on or no light at all. Move slowly toward your bed and slip under the covers. Feel the peace and know that all things are unfolding as they should. All things are provided for without your having to think about them. Sweet dreams. After a good night's sleep you will feel more confident about life.

Instead of thinking about death, brainstorm things you want to do before you die. The next day, do them.
The only way to stop fearing death is to start living life. Once you are living a satisfying life, death is no big deal. It will happen when it happens, but it more than likely won't happen for a long time.

Who's death do you think about? is it your own?
I guess it normal to think about death - but not constantly. Are you a Scorpio? if so, them this can be in keeping with your sign.
Why don't you focus on asking for some help - see someone who is professional - talk to them about this if you believe it's an issue.
Maybe you are searching for answers in which you have not found yet. Seek them for yourself and I feel that you are looking for some kind of clarity in your life.
Enjoy your life my friend - but do ask for assistance with regard to your problem. If you seek then you will find.
Love and joy

If the thoughts are disturbing enough to interrupt your daily living then maybe you should seek professional help of some kind... Either a Psychiatrist, or Psychologist. You could have a chemical imbalance or another condition that could be treated either with Therapy or with medication. Hope this helps.
Blessed be

I used to constantly worry about death. At night many, many nights I used to cry myself to sleep cause I worried about it so much. But then I stopped worrying and started wandering. Now death actually interest me. I don't worry about because I wander what it is like to die. I look at it as a mystery. Maybe it would help if you think about death in a different way. Goodluck with it.

Its just a fact of life "we die " i used to worry about it but after i seen all the troubles the world is in i dont want to live a long time /// There is too much trouble here regardless of your current condition (rich, poor, good or bad health, young or old) the bible in the old testment book of Job says "man that is born of woman is of few days and full of trouble" and i belive that/// So live your life one day at a time and thank God for it and ask Him to be with you always and if its His will give you another day and when your time comes that you may dwell with Him in pardise forever and accept this as a fact of life and believe me you will depart this life the same as millions and millions have before you so should we be any different??? Just be prepared to live with our Maker as best as you can/// God bless you in Jesus name //

exercise a little every day. Keep a journal of good things that
have happened to you and others. keep one of stuff that makes you laugh your butt off. Read Joel Olsteen's YOUR BEST LIFE
NOW. Talk to a psychologist if you think you need to, but everyone
has times where their minds take off on them in negative ways.
That book helps you reprogram yourself for more positive things
and exercise pops up your happy hormones, the lack of it (exercise) can make you unhealthy in so many ways. Take a walk, enjoy what ever you can. Love(:

Once your realize that you are not the body you animate and are a spirit with eternal life. This reality is just a game, think of it like playing a sims game, but instead you are a spirit playing a human in a game.
