Hi. I am a coin and currency dealer in the Midwest. The "Where's George" stamp or writing on the note means nothing, unless you want to track it on wheres george.com.

These were not originally printed with "where's george" when they were issued, contrary to what some people mistakenly believe, and they have never had any value whatsoever, other than face value... they are just normal notes that people want to track online for whatever reason, and decided to mark them. If anything, the writing or stamping detracts from the value, as someone has merely written or stamped "where's george" on the note. The $2 note itself is still worth only $2.
