What do you mean by "wicked"? If she's a stalker, scary ex-wife, then I suggest you get a restraining order.

Tell her you're gay. Make up (assuming you aren't actually gay) a fantasy you once had about a guy while making love to her, and explain it to her in excruciating detail.
She might kill herself, but it would get rid of her.
Or maybe it would only work on my mom... But I don't think either my dad or my mom are going to ever deal with the issues that make it so that they can't just -move on-. [Sorry. I've had a bit of family drama in the past couple of days.]
