It's not meant to be a rude question......more philosophical. Without the senses........is there still a reason to live? Or is life 100% based on the 5 (or "six") senses. It's hypothetical because I think it's virtually impossible to communicate to someone who is blind deaf and mute.

I thank you all for your answers.....thought provoking eh? But.....please remember that it's hypothetical only, it's nothing that is actually happening to anyone I know.

To make your question more possible, it could be someone who already knew braille and then had an accident and lost 1 or more of their senses. But really it would be fairly hard to convince them to live i suppose, but then again, i would say its equally as hard to commit suicide when your blind and deaf.

It would just have to come down to religious values and morals I suppose.

My husband says to tell him that God has a plan for him and he is here to teach other people, in braille I guess.

My answer. Touch. Love. Embrace. give that boy something to live for. Romance. Read the braille all over my body. then go teach someone what you learned. xo

In a situation like that. and you are concerned about his/her well being, What is there to live for? So my suggestion is give that person the best drugs available to ease his\her last few moments.
