Probably 4-5 months. I was 5 months along when I found out I was carrying a boy. Plus I had a gut feeling that I was having a boy.

Also keep in mind that the ultrasound technician is not always right. I know a woman who kept being told she was having a girl, turned out to be a boy. Boys are mistaken for girls more often than girls are mistaken for boys.
