I recently got a job through a temp agency. At this job, part of my duties includes some accounting, in which I get the bill from the temp agency. So I now know not only how much I make, but how much the agency is getting on top of that. What is fair for a temp agency to make on top of my hourly pay?

Whoa, you're getting ahead of yourself. You have been put into a position of responsibility and discretion. You must not mess this up by disclosing anything, and I mean anything, you have become aware of in your position. Trust is something very difficult to get back.
Whatever the temp agency is making is realistically none of your business. Some agencies pick up the cost of a background check, drug test, while others have been in a business relationship with a company for decades.

Be professional.

They make anywhere from 5-10 dollars more( sometimes more) I worked for a temp agency and I was making 10.50 and they were getting 18.50. They make a lot off of you. That's why you usually have to work for three months before the company can hire you or they have to buy you out of your contract.

It's all about the money.

When I was an English teacher in Italy, my students were charged EUR 33 / hour. I was paid EUR 11.11 per hour regular pay, or EUR 10.85 per hour overtime. (Yes, overtime was less than regular pay). My employer was taking almost 66% of my paycheque home! Let me tell you, I was glad to get out of that job!

(That 66% went to paying the secretaries to drink cappucinos and share baby pictures from 11-4 every day or so)
