i am pregnant at 15 and have some questions?

i am 15 and 2 weeks ago i posted that me and my friend chad had sex and i might be pregnant and i am chad said he would stay with me and our baby forever.my questions are when will i be able to have an ultrasound to tell the sex of the baby? What name do you like better if it is a boy mateo james or jackson michael and if it is a girl johna ann or megan marie witch name for a boy do you like better and witch name do you like better for a girl?

well i think that it is pretty said that at 15 years old u r pregnant but that is what happens when you have unprotected sex. You cannot find out the sex of the baby till you are about 5-6 months pregnant. I think if it is a boy Jackson Micheal and if it is a girl it should be Megan Marie. I wish yall the best of luck and I hope that Chad does decide to stick with you and the baby. Whatever you do please do not abort it. I think that if the two of ya'll stick together ya'll can be some wonderful parents. And just make sure that ya'll let your parents help ya'll as much as possible because ya'll are still young. Juanita...You don't know her sitchuation, and just because she is 15, that doesn't mean you should judge that matter. She did not ask whether she should keep the baby or not so why would you even say that...Besides, there are many other options than abortion...You should be ashamed of yourself.

Anyway, you definetly have time to work out all of those small details...Besides, honestly the name is the last thing you will be stressing about..LOL But I do like the names James & Jackson. Megan is cute too and so it Marie, but they sound a little odd together. Excuse me for being so blunt. There are a lot of other things that you will need to consider. Such as, how are you going to get the best pre-natal care for your child? What is the long term plan in regards to your continued education? How about Chad's education? Are your parents going to help you? Where are going to live? Do you have somewhere to go for counseling?

You will be able to get an ultra sound to determine the sex at approx. 4 months, and you should see a dietician to make sure that you eat healthy.

Michael is a good boy's name and Megan is cute for a girl.

I was a teen mom. It's not easy but if I can do it anyone can. As for the names, Mateo James for a boy and megan marie for a girl. Usually they won't do an ultrasound until the baby is about 25 weeks. They can tell at 20 but I think they make you wait because they get a better result when you are that far along. Well, congratulations, but it is going to be very hard. I hope you stay in school, and don't say it can't be done. My friend had two children by the time we graduated, and she did, on time, with the rest of us. It will be a lot easier if you both graduate. As far as staying with Chad, honey don't count on it, and don't stay with him because of the baby. Relationships because of children do not work. Trust me on that one. As long as he is in the child's life, and there to watch him grow up and help out, and be a FATHER, not a DADDY, you will be okay. I am pregnant, and if this would have been a boy, his name would have been Michael James, so I like both of your middle names. For a girl, Megan Marie ( my middle name is marie, so I'm a little biased there, too).

You will be able to see the sex of the baby at 18-22 weeks pregnant.I liked the mateo james name and the johna name for girl. i am sorry for all the harassment you have seen on this forum It makes me sad i am 26 and a mother of two boys and sweat heart this decision is yours to make alone and though it is always harder to start off this Young you hear wonderful success stories everyday about people who do. that does not mean there are not a lot of unwed young mothers out there. i understand the basis for why people are saying these things but Hun your question was not about that and they should keep there negativity to them selves. Dont you just hate these jerks who come on and tell you that youre too young, and youll have a crap life, and youll be the downfall of society....? They are GAY! Me and my ex are 16 and we just had a baby called Leo. If you really are pregnant, then theres nowt wrong with it, i dont think. As long as you try to give your kid a good life then its fine. So dont listen to anyone here about that and dont let them make you feel bad about it - theres millions of teenage parents remember. If you think youre doing the right thing then you are. Oh and btw, mateo and johna, to me, is a form of child cruelty. Lol...jackson and megan are better. And yes, you can find out the sex from the ultrasoud becasue thats how we did.

Ok, so here goes the answer to your question (lol). You can determine the sex of the baby when you are at least 5 months pregnant. As for the name, in my opinion, Mateo for a boy, Megan for a girl... but then again, that's what I think... you have plenty of time to decide anyway :-)

Not sure about the ultrasound...as far as the names go, please don't name any of your children Jackson Micheal. Not that those are bad names, they're not, but you'd be setting up your kid for years of mocking. Mateo James is really nice. I like Johna, and I like Marie, so I'd say go with Johna Marie. That is something you and Chad should decided. And also, not to frighten you but I just want to give you a reality check. There is a huge possibility that Chad will not stay with you and your child forever so please talk with your parents about things and get ready because your life is about to change. You will not just be taking care of yourself but you will be taking care of a child. And this child is going to be dependent on you for every little thing. This isn't a baby doll. Get support from your parents and if you don't have their support find a group in your community. Swallow your pride with everything and do whats best for your child. Good luck.
