I have the perfect stuff you can get. You probley have heard of clean and clear but I havent thought much of it untill i actually tried it... its just normal face wash which you can get at anystore like walmart. I use in the morning and at night and if you keep using it, you get great results and it makes your face feel awesome and clean!

Use Neutrogena products -- Oil-free Acne Wash is good.
Try products with benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid in them.
And DO NOT put any oil on your face ever -- everything should say OIL-FREE.
BUT if over-the-counter medications do not work for you, go to a dermatologist. There is NO CURE for acne and treatments that work for one person, may not work the same way for another. BE PATIENT. A dermatologist can help you find the right treatment but it may take time. Once you are put on a particular treatment, it will take up to 2 months to see any changes/results.
What works for me now is: Retin-A and Rosula Aqueous Gel.
But I have also been on Retin-A and Clindamycin lotion.
And I have also taken Minocycline. But I would be very wary of taking oral antibiotics as there are too many nasty side effects.
Stick with topical treatments if possible and try oral only as a last resort.
Good luck !

Cutie has the right answer...

To start wash your face twice a day with an antiseptic soap.

The Aloe is your best bet, and is totally natural...

First you need to get an ALOE VERA plant...

You can probably buy it at your local Garden Center.

Then you cut about a 2 inch piece off one of the branches. Slice it in half lengthwise, cut off the edge with the prickly part.

Now, rub the inner side on your acne (twice a day, morning and night). The piece should be good for 2 times...When you've finished, put it in the fridge...it will keep up to 2 days before it dries...If it seems to have congealed scrape it with a knife edge.

The aloe is also good for insect bites, small cuts or abrasions, and especially burns in the kitchen (run cold water on the burn a couple of minutes to cool it down, then rub the aloe vera gently on the burned area, this should help avoid blistering of the skin, and help heal the burn.
P.S. Avoid eating very fatty foods! That also helps control acne...
Good Luck!

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.

Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

1. wash face twice a day with gentle cleanser
2. after washing face make sure you moisturize with an oil free moisturizure
3. Use a clay based mask once a week
4. try over the counter products that have bonzol peroxide (clean and clear persa-gel 10 and stidex power pads)
5. I have this spot acne treatment from estee lauder called clear difference targeted blemish gel that you put on when you feel a pimple coming and it disappears overnight, it also heals pimples fast once they are already on your skin.
6. go see a dermatologist that is what i did and my face is totally clear. the over the counter products will not keep you blemish free, only presciption drugs can do that

dont know anything to do it right away but make-up but you should eventually go to a dermatologist...i went and got a prescription for acutane after about a month and a half i had no acne and that was 2 years ago ever since i have never had acne ever again its almost a permanent cure. look into it, it makes life so much easier when you dont have to worry about your skin anymore

Gel straight from an Aloe plant has helped me (my face gets oily if I don't use it) but you have to be consistent. Rub it on your face in the morning and before you go to bed.
