Although for some the above comments are correct, for me they are not! My boobs are fake but look totally natural. They are not hard, overly pert or unable to wobble!

Fake breasts are round and higher, natural are teardrop shaped.

usually the breast is all perfect and round if its fake. if its real you will know its real.

If they are too round, too perky for their size, and they don't move when she does...they're fake.

Besides what is mentioned above as far as they don't feel natural, you may also be able to see a surgical scar.

If it looks (and feels) like a grapefruit, it is probably fake.
But....does it matter?
