I don't agree. Leyland's doing a fantastic job this year!
Man, are you blind? Can't you see their record?
And they do have heart, that's why they're winning.
Jeez, just admit it already instead of waiting for them to crash & burn.
I honestly don't think they will.
Don't be such a pessimist .
Smile, baby, no matter who wins. It feels good just to watch the game!
Peace to you. : )

I do not agree. Ivan Rodriguez is a guy I would say has heart. He was basically the mvp for the Florida Marlins when they won the world series. I believe the Tigers are a complete ball club. You got great offense, and great pitching. The Detroit Tigers have the best ERA in all of baseball 3.69 while the White Sox are ranked 19th 4.65 The White Sox have lost 11 out of 15 games since the All Star break and just got swept by the Minnesotta Twins just last week. I don't even think they're going to make the playoffs. You got the Yankees, White Sox & Twins fighting for the Wild Card.. that is going to be tough. Whatever Leyland is doing.. it's working, his team has 70 wins right now which nobody could have predicted that they would win 70 games the entire season! I've said enough..

The Tigers had enough heart to take 2 of 3 from the White Sox and Minnesota in the Twin Cities. Leyland must be doing something right if they're winning 70 games and I don't see anyone close to that.

Relax, the White Sox will get their ship righted and make a challenge, but this division belongs to the Motor City Kitties.

You're not only wrong you're negative minded. Here's just some of your questions.

Barry Bonds is a jerk, PERIOD. Why do so many writers want us to think he's misunderstood?

Do you think the Buffalo Bills are one of the worst teams of all time?

Do you think Tony Gwynn would be the all time hit leader if he hadn't allowed himself to gain so much weight?

I think the White Sox will win because the Tigers have no heart and Leyland is not a good manager. Agree?

The tiger's are a better team this year because of jim Leyland they have the best record in baseball this year with a 70 - 34 record and 8.5 games ahead of the White Sox and they have been in first place since april...And if I remember Jim leyland took the Florida Marlins to there first world Series there first year as a team

Not saying the White Sox won't win, because they are the defending champs and an excellent team. But if they do, it won't be because Leyland is not a good manager. The guy won in PITTSBURGH, for heaven's sakes --- a team which hasn't even approached success since.

Disagree. Leyland is one of the best and most underrated managers in the majors. Guillen is an obnoxious loudmouth who can't keep his trap shut without getting into trouble. The White Sox might still pull it out, but Detroit and Minnesota will make them work for it.

White Sox will win what? No guarantee they will even make the playoffs and last i checked, they were 8+ games back of the Tigers.

Keep dreaming.

The Tigers have a lot of heart.

Jim Leyland is the main reason The Tigers are playing so well.

Sounds like you are extremely jealous.

Stop crying, and get used to it.

Leyland will probably win manager of the year for the AL. At least he doesn't smoke in the dugout now (passe). With their record, I don't know that they can lose. But stranger things have happened!
