A mountain lion she wasn't in the wild though A friend of mine was given her as a pet. I met her when she weighed in at 150 pounds the most wonderful cat I have ever seen she was never caged she slept in the house on the guest bed (were I slept). We used to take her for walks on the boardwalk at Santa Cruz. She was great

"exotic animal in the wild" is an oxymoron... How about animal running loose uncaged? Okay, much better.
Parrots. Flocks of the darn things here in Greater Pasadena.
Coyotes. Oppossums. Raccoons. King snake. Deer.
Bear. Mediterranean fruit fly. Windscorpion. Rattlesnake (didn't check to see what species it was). Bison. Goats. Gray whales. Sea lions.

I saw a mountain lion once. I have also seen grey foxes, red foxes, lynxes, bobcats, great horned owls, great barred owls, gophers, and llamas.

I'm not sure of the question but at this time my favorite is the Peacock. They also have this piercing scream that doesn't seem to fit their beauty.

stingrays out on the ocean at a sand bar. they were so tame u could feed them by hand!
