It's the one when you're with "Big Smoke" and you go in a building a kill people and you get on a motorcycle and shoot people off bikes...

Just Business
Take Smoke to the Centre of the city. Now the fight is against the russians. Crouch in the back of the cement things and then kill everyone who is hitting you using the automatic lock-on. You're going to other place that looks similar. Now you're riding a bike. If you press R1 (in playstation2) twice it will change the side for looking. Shoot to the bodies that get out of the other bikes & cars (when you have the right moment) shoot to the tires of the truck. The enemies will follow you sometimes and in a moment it will end.

It's easy!
First shoot the guys who hold weapons, THEN the drivers,
i think it's the best method...Also look for explosive barrels &
shoot them!

you know that big truck that comes after you dont shoot at it because it is almost like bullet proof any way just shoot at the bikes no cars no nothin just shoot at the bikes
