Gosh, it's been so long since I had my baby (26 years ago), but no, 4 months is not too early to feel your baby moving.

I remember the very first time I felt my son move I was a little over 3 months and he moved immediately after I had finished eating dinner!

I remember that it felt like little butterflies moving around in my lower abdominal area ... it's was a very nice and pleasant feeling because I knew what I was experiencing was a new life growing, moving and living inside of me.

It was truly beautiful!

It feels like butterflies moving inside you. It is a wonderful feeling. As the baby grows the feeling of butterflies goes away, it becomes a much stronger feeling and you cannot mistake that feeling. No 4 months is not too early to feel the baby moving. Congratulations!

Its not too early. With my first son 16 years ago, I felt movement at 3 months. However I am 18 weeks pregnant now and I have not felt the baby move yet. I guess all pregnancies are different.
Congratulations!

If you are expecting your first baby you can expect to feel your baby for the first time between 18 and 24 weeks gestation. If this is not your first baby you can expect to feel your baby a bit sooner than you felt your first. the first time you may feel it move it feels like you have butterflies in your stomach! GOOD LUCK

I felt my daughter moving at around 17 weeks, so no its not to early. It kinda feels like butterflies, kinda like a little bit of indigestion. Its hard to explain but you will know it when you feel it, its the most wonderful feeling in the world.

only one word sums it up, besides like gas bubbles or butterflies... AMAZING. I think I was 3-4 months along when I felt it the first time. When I got bigger, I would lay and just watch my belly move for hours.
