^everything dude said is fake. only scarfaces are the black/whites, that's why they're called scarfaces. the halloween '06s are doing a scarface-style orange/black but that's it.
i talked to a nike customer rep and here's what she had to say.
Sabrina: Looks like it is scheduled to release around 9/1.
Sabrina: It is a Quickstrike that will only be sold in urban retailers and NIKETOWNS.
men's sizes, $150 (it's a premium with patent leather)

U can get the scarface edition air force ones now in blue/white, red/white, and black/white. Men can get them in sizes 7.5-12.0 off this website i got my from. Since the are really rare i dont think stores sell them. And i dont think they come in women sizes. Sorry.
