Have you ever heard the term fack it till you make it. Well tell him you want this job because your looking to work for the best and do all you can to provide the greatest performance an employee could.

You want to work for the company because you believe you talents and skills will prove to be above ordinary and you want to provide an excellent profit margin for the company.

The reason for wanting this job is to make money dumby :) No really, you want this job because it's a great company and your looking for a long career with such a company. Something you can put your time, energy and money into.

If he don't like that then go to www.freedom. ws and enter access code Satisfy.

Be honest. Say you think you will be an asset to the company, successful in the role. Tell them you think the company has potential for growth. (Well ok that last part was a little bit of fluff, but you need that too.) Good luck.

I'm not real sure about those questions myself, but... Only thing I can figure is research the company, if they have a website give it a good look-over. Why do you want it...because you have researched their company, heard/read good things, and you want to be a part of that and bring your skills of _________ to it. As for the rest, why them and why want the job, refer to previous answer.

First, if you can, research the company. Go to their website.

Say something along the lines about how long they've been in business, if they've won any awards, if employees speak highly of them; basically their track record in the business. Say if YOU think that they can benefit from your experience and you can benefit from the experience they have to offer you.

Open and honestly. I ask such questions not so much for what they answer but how they answer. The more you let them talk the more you will learn about them.
