A bit more seriously, Archimedes uttered this then he realised that solids in water displace the same volume of water as the solid itself. Knowing the volume and being already able to weigh things, density could be calculated, which made it possible to discern precious metals from counterfeits. Rumour has it that is had been bathing and in the excitement of this discovery went running through the streets, but having forgotten that he was not wearing clothes!
Since it's simply a Greek word, he probably didn't coin the word, but this it probably the most famous utterance of it.

There is a Eureka, CA and when the first railroad came around the bend facing a big flat area they all cried, Eureka, we've found it! So the story goes. But the first was Archemides, who ran down the street naked crying out, Eureka, I've found it!
