I don't think anything is a good reason accept cheating, but nowdays people get divorced for so many reasons.. I think the main ones are:

Cheating
Financial Difficulties
Fall out of Love
Abuse
Disabilities
Turned gay

You have to weigh your commitment. Try seperation and if the heart doesn't grow fonder, then get divorced. You don't need any reasons to want this or not. If you are unhappy or feel like you are missing something, you are probably ignoring her which hurts more than the truth. Be a mature person about it, it won't hurt her or him as much. Stay calm and don't fight. Listen to her side quietly and then respond accordingly. If you leave it is best for the both of you, living together unhappy is a terrible waste of a life.

First is not faithful in the Marriage. Your spouse has cheated on you and he will not admit it is a problem and will not go to counseling to find out why he needs to do this.
I can not think of any others. I believe marriage is sacred and that if we work hard at it when can end up married to the same person for 50 year is that is possible. Remember your marriage vows. Promise to love, honor, Cherish in sickness and in health forsaking all others and hold on to him/her forever or until death do you part. What GOD has put together let no man put asunder-KJV

Cheating
Financial irresponsibility
Violence
No longer in love
No longer friends (this is more important that love)
Refusing to have sex
Forcing sex (this can be considered rape, even in marriage)
Mental abuse
Bad personal hygiene
Inability to keep a job
Gambling
Drugs/Alcohol abuse
Coming out of the closet
Molesting the kids (sorry to be gross)
In prison

I'm sure there are tons more, but these seem to cover most of the bases.

You don't want to be married to this person anymore is the only reason. The other stuff are just excuses to either leave or get put out.
