It's not a trick question it's for my math class and i am stuck on it

(z^3y^1/4)/2y^2

You get this by multiplying all the exponents in the first parenthesis by -3 and all the exponents in the second parenthesis by 2

You then simplify the numbers, x's, y's, and z's.

Finally you get rid of any negative exponents and any fractional exponents that are in the denominator.
