Yea, Im 16, but whenever I see a girl I like, or might want to ask for her phone number etc, I get extremely nervous and never have a clue what to say. School will be starting soon, and I want to start off fresh, like a new person. Advice?

Just be yourself. Let the conversation flow naturally, dont try to think of things to talk about otherwise you'll just end up kicking yourself later for saying something or not saying something. Dont be afraid of silence... silence is good on a short level... plus it shows that your not a non stop talker and that you have time to listen to whatever she has to say. Just be straight out and ask for her number, it will show her that your interest in her. If she's flattered she will probably ask for yours too. If she isnt interested, then move on, and find someone else who will be.

Well this should be easy, just don't think about it too much and bring up something about dance, if you've both got it in common its not going to be weird for you to say anything. The only other option is to wait until you have some kind of 'in'. E.g. (even though I wasn't necessarily 'picking up'), I got up on the bus and hit my head on the roof and went 'Ow' and this girl laughed, a completely random girl, so I was like "Yeah, they don't make buses for 6'3 people."

If she's in one of your classes just be like, "Hey I need somebody to call if I ever need to know what the homework is. Can I have your number?" Then one day call and ask for help on hw or something and then your talk will develop into a real conversation. However, if it seems like she really doesn't want to talk to you then back off a little. You don't want her to think you're annoying.

Don't think about it. If you want to talk to them, then talk to them. Don't try talking, let it flow. And, if you're really interested, even more important than talking, is listening. Remember what they say, it's important to them. When in doubt, ask a question, anything, just get the mood loosened up and relax. Just think too, you'll look even worse if you don't say anything. They might just get creeped out and avoid you then.

Girls like a guy who's smart, funny, and doesn't want one of those old lines. Just be yourself. If you want to talk to a girl come on with a nice feel but suave kind of, not arrogant or obnoxious. Okay?

People can smell fear like a fart.
And you would probably have more luck if you just smelt bad.....
Its a big turn off for most people....
I don't want to pull any punches.... and I'm sorry for that.....
But I know this for a fact.....
And if there is anything that turns girls off more than fear its fear plus desperation....
The irony is that to get girls to like you first you have to not care if your rejected..... And i don't mean pretend not to care...... I mean really not to care.......
And when you don't care if your rejected or not you wont be so often....ironic but true.....
How to rid your self of this fear????
Get yourself in a public speaking role fast....... you have to kill those nerves........you simply must....

just relax, be yourself, and start off by being friends. Start by talking to them about something u both like like a favorite band or something.
