I'm 11th grade. and I liked this girl and she just finished 12 grade and she is out of shchool now But she works in the store that is not far from my house. and I had a huge crush on her. how should i ask her out.

Confess and tell her how you feel. Be sweet she'll like you for being sweet. Give her hints at work, stop by a few times a week and on the days that you dont, have her manager or co-worker set up little clues and hints that theres someone out there whi really likes her

Ask her out as if you were asking any girl out.
But does she know you? If she doesnt know you it might frighten her if you ask her just out of the blue. If she doesnt know you spend some time getting to know her while she is working. Like ask her questions then slowly (very slowly) start getting a little more personal. You may need to go there often (store she works at). Not a lot of girls like being asked out by guys they dont know.

well i think u should talk to her and get to no her more and get her to no u more and then slowly bring the relationship u want with her out maybe just buy her some flowers, and then just ask her to the movies or someting like that but remember dont ask her if she already has a bf! and show her that ur sensitive and caring and ur a great guy to go out with and touch her with your true heart! hope this helps cuz i donr really no about it im only 5 lol

Alrighty.
Head over to the store with some cash and buy something.
Have written on the dollar bill "May I have your number?"
If she doesn't give it to you or doesn't notice come back the next day and buy something again. (Obviously a pack of gum or something small like that) and on it have written "Can I take you out on a Saturday night?"
And keep doing it until she responds.
So cute.
BUT
don't harass her. If you get the feeling that you are really upsetting her, move on.

Take her some flowers. Not too extravagant, but not too lame. Then say something along the lines of, "I think you are a really great person, and I would love to take you out sometime."

Just flow woth the moment and ask her out and most important BE YOU if your not the flower type of guy then don't bring flowers because that's not you so just BE YOU and then go from there

well dont just ask her out of the blue that would be creapy for her, get to know her more and hang out and get to know eachother a little more. then when you feel its right and your comfortable with her then go ahead and ask thats the best way. :)
