Here's some info from their website - If you are not satisfied with AOL for any reason, just call 1-888-698-6892 within 90 days of registration to cancel your account and request a refund of your AOL monthly membership fees.

Took us 2 years, each month we got charged for a service we didn't use, every time we called up to cancel same old same old, of course its all sorted out, sorry for the inconvience etc At the end of the day we ended up several hundred dollars out of pocket - they refused to refund all money taken. And all while we had a broadband service so weren't even using AOL.
Would never use them or a free trial from them ever agin.

Try and keep calling there customer service line also file a complaint with the "Fair Trade Commision" just call 411 and they can give you the phone number. From what I heard our CIA office is directly above AOL in the same building, check it out.

Telephone them using the number on your bill or contact them through their support link if they have one. AOL has been known to be very hard to get rid of.
