Not fully. I feel they had a right to go after their soldiers who were kidnapped. But this full-scale war is a bit of an extreme response.

Of course their action is justified. Hezbollah is the one who started it. Hezbollah has fired over 1000 missiles on Israel. I am talking about cities. (Civilians). Did Hezbollah give the slightest crap about killing civilians??? Hell no. The cowards were using civilians in Lebanon as shields.
The United Nations condemns Israel for using excessive force. That is a joke. It is no surprise though. Is this not how the evil United Nations works? Always condemn Israel, Appease thugs. tell Israel that their response should be a limited response. If missiles were raining down on YOU, would you call for a limited response from your government? LOL, You know you wouldn't.

Yes. The Arabs have repeatedly said they will not stop fighting until they have destroyed Israel. The nation has a right to defend itself. Hezbollah is sending missiles out from residential neighborhoods, that is using your own people as human shields. Also Israel has repeatedly warned people when they are going to target a site to give them a chance to get out. It is an impossible situation but they are trying to live up to the codes established by the Geneva convention. Why doesn't anyone ask if Hezbollah was right to tunnel into Israel and kidnap their soldiers. Israel didn't start this.

Yes. and even though THIS is a Jewish link, (if you're of any othe religion) I would still suggest you check it out because it has Facts and not False Information, so here it is :
www.aish.com/jewishissues/middleeast/Lebanon_Myths_and_Facts.asp
and I'd also like to add that Hezbollah is the one that started the war (kidnapping soldiers), Lebanon doesn't have any bomb shelters (whereas if they did their would definitely be much less casualties), Hezbollah deliberately uses their civilians as human shields (plus killing their own people a.k.a. other muslim arabs in Israel), and that the IDF warns towns with leaflets (and so maybe the governement or the U.N. could evacuate the civilians- I'm pretty sure they have the resources).

Yes I do. I find it curious that Hezbollah can indiscriminately kill anyone they want to, by exploding car and bus bombs in and near malls, schools, and places of worship with no real condemnation from anyone. Yet, Israel, after taking numerous attacks from these people, DAILY, are condemned for using excessive force.
Anyone who calls Israel's actions excessive after all that Hezbollah and other terrorists groups have done, are hypocrites and live by a double standard.

I can understand why they're pissed off. I would be too if a bunch of people were picking on me for over the past half century. But some of these attacks aren't justified because we all know how dangerous unarmed, sleeping women and children are.

Yes, but you can expect bad press. You hardly ever see the Israeli children dead shown on TV, but they show the Lebanese over and over again. The Hezbollah fired first on Israel after Israel declared a 48 hour cease fire.

Well I think they may have gone a little overboard.....but this is not a game of fair play....or we would not have soldiers kidnapped! Hezbollah needs to be spanked. If the Lebanese can't...somebody must.

Absolutely. They need to get in there and take out Hezbollah. If the violence is ever going to end, then Hezbollah must be eliminated.

No. Killing children isn't justifiable regardless of your religion or your status as a terrorist.
