The secret is water! Drink lots of water. It will flush out toxins from your body. When you feel hungry drink water. Don't eat sweets-- or junky stuff. Potato chips have empty calories--don't eat them. Eat a balanced diet. Never go on a starvation diet. You will loose hair and muscle if you do! The goal is to keep your muscle and loose fat. Have oatmeal(hot) or dry cereal with milk and maybe some fruit for breakfast. The fiber is good for you. Cabbage is helpful for loosing weigh. It is important to exercise---even if all you can do is roll around in bed, but biking, mountain climbing, house work and anything that makes you sweat is good for you. Be sure to stay hydrated. Every single day drink at least 8 BIG glasses of plain water without fail. The water will make the pounds drop off if you are faithful about drinking it; it will take time, but it will work.

Hi, I recognise precisely the way you suppose. My satisfactory pal may be being affected by weight reduction, shes doing the specified identical as you. Eating the entire correct matters, has a hectic way of life - was once additionally instructed to develop her energy as she wasnt consuming sufficient - but the burden not ever got here off. Continue consuming what you do already - as your vitamin turns out first-rate - scale down the calorie consumption once more for a couple of weeks and spot how that is going. Also, whilst you cross to the gymnasium (I'm no trained so optimistically any individual else can aid you right here) do extra aerobic. Weight's can mostly upload muscular tissues relying on what youre lifting - so even talk to any individual at your gymnasium to head over a brand new plan with you. Sometimes your frame will get used to what youre doing and the burden wont shift, so that you have to combine it up a little bit. Also, if in case you have an andriod iphone, get the app my health buddy - this displays your energy, and you'll upload humans and chat to what vitamin/endeavor will fit you.

If you have rolls on your stomach, then trust me, you DO NOT have a nice figure!

Cut out sugar (all sugar) and starches (breads, crackers, potatoes, noodles, etc.) and drink water. Start exercising. You didn't gain this weight by taking pills or having surgery, so it's going to take work and time and exercise. Get an exercise ball. It's a great workout for your core muscles and will really help you tone up your stomach.

I am 4 ft. 11 inches and I weighed 60 kilos before. Now, I'm down to only 48 kilos, and my secret is just 1 cup of rice or less and plenty of vegetables almost every meal. Limiting salt intake is I think the key to maintaining my present diet and weight. Less salt not only means less water retention, it also helps in "controlling" my appetite. Filipinos are fond of eating salty foods such as dried fish and salted fish of all kinds. Hence, it was really a struggle for me at first. But eventually, I was able to adjust, and now, I no longer yearn for such foods anymore.

Seriously, look up the glycemic index info (you may of heard of it - the "good" carb, "bad" carb story) Basically anything white like white rice, potatoes, and white flours, also your sugar are "bad" carbs and tend to make people "doughy". Try to eliminate as much as you can, only eating WHOLE GRAIN (whole wheat doesn't count) and your other lean meats/dairy, veggies and fruits and continue that exercise. You'll get there, don't give up!
Oh, and by the way, with this method you'll go through withdrawal from the sugars, but that will pass in just a few days and you'll start seeing results before the end of two weeks!

You could be wheat intolerant. The wheat acts like sticky velcro through your intestines. After a while your intestines get angry and flare up, this will cause your stomach to 'bloat' or become very large. Bread is one of the hardest foods I have found to give up. It may take months for your stomach to settle down, but it is worth it in the end.
