Widths and thicknesses vary but the standard length is 12'. Widths can be 4" / 5" / 6" or 8" (a double four). There may even be more.

that depends what type you're using. but they are pretty much standard on length.....12'6"
the width depends on the style.....eg..double4", double5", triple3"...etc. rule of thumb... add 1 1/4" for top lip and add up the rest....eg....double4" is exactly what it says "double4" "2x4=8" so 8" plus 1 1/4"= 9 1/4".....simple...huh?

It comes in different reveals and lengths. The reason is that it is boxed 2sq./box. Most common is 8"x144".
