I did a lot of tubing and stuff yesterday and I am soooooo sore. What can I do to make it go away?? I have taken advil already and its not working!!!!!

Massage, hot bath and try stretching. A lot times sore muscles come from being bunched up after a hard workout.

Take a hot shower then start going to the gym, sounds like your really out of shape.

Try strecthing and take a long hot bath. It works for me.
