i will do taebo because it's the fastest thing that works in my opinion. i started to do it and i noticed that i was getting fit until i gave it up because i got lazy! but you can give it a try to see if you like it, if you do stick to it!!!! there also like a whole bunch of dvd's of taebo for any body type you will like to work on!!!! if you wanna work on your stomach then get the ones about abs and stomach. taebo is not an easy thing to do so make sure you get the right one for you, there is beginner, intermediate, and expert

Ur dr. is wrong, being 78 pounds in your early teens is NOT healthy, i am 13 and i way 106 pounds, i am in great shape, i workout 4 times a week, if u are muscular then that is ok, muscle weighs more than fat. Your weight also depends on your height, how tall are you, im 5'3 and weigh 106. So if your really short and weigh 108, then u shuld try running and maybe getting involved in a sport like basketball, thats what i play and it keeps you in great shape. If u are not fat but want a nicer stomach, try doing crunches. It works for me. Hope this helps, good luck! : )

First of all the pounds don't mean much with out height and bone structure included. The best way to get in shape and be healthy is to be sensible. Cut down on sweets and fried food, eat a healthy breakfast within 1 hour of waking and stop eating 3 hours before bed. Moderate exercise and weight training can help tone and firm muscle, crunches help the stomach. Be real careful with diets as usually they are not healthy and often once you go off the diet and return to normal eating patterns all the weight will return. Good Luck

How tall are you (I'm curious-- and please excuse me if it's to personal of a question to ask)? And what normal teen weighs that much? I'm sorry, but I don't know many teens who weigh that little. Even the skinny ones! It depends on how tall you are, your build, muscle mass, and there might be other stuff.
