where is lorie of the elite four on the forth island or is it the the wrong place on pokemon leaf green virson

she's inside the waterfall cave on island 4 next 2 her house but the hm 7 waterfall is in the smaller cave next 2 the waterfall. when u go in the smaller cave you'll see a small ice spot step on it then go back over it u should fall throught. go back 2 the ladder
you should b facing left when u come up jump over and face the 4 ice spots go right ,right,up,left left, up. fall through the ice spot
in the top right corner take the ladder u should be on the other side next 2 ice spots fall through the first ice spot where you'll wind up on a ice rink skate your way around 2 find hm 7 waterfall.
