You are outta luck dude. Nobody is accepting organs unless the person is dead and has documented that their organs are up for grabs. Now, as far as the money goes - you'd be better off having a plethora of yard sales, borrowing the money, or trying to make some payment arrangements. I wish you luck. I know how it feels - I need some money too - but hey - they can't get blood from a turnip! Don't sweat it.

Yup. All you have to do is go to Mexico or the Philippines and you will have a buyer for your kidney in no time. I just had a patient that went to the Philippines for a kidney. Lucky her. If she would have waited for a transplant on the waiting list, she would maybe never get one.

Kidneys are easy enough. I think you could do without your spleen and galbladder as well. good luck
