Seven figures means 7 digits.

They make at least one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) The seven figures does not count the cents.

They could make nearly ten million dollars ($10,000,000.00), which is the first number with eight figures.

They are counting the number of digits in the dollar figure, so it's at least $1,000,000 -- one million dollars. That's a mighty nice income!
